Welcome to our new Owner metrics page.
Gone are the days of old, where you as the tool owner would have someone call to get information about your products to prepare for your meetings. Soon you will be able to log onto our secure encrypted server and view/download all your metrics in real time. You will get up to the minute shot by shot parts metrics while they are being molded. At your fingertips you will have your parts completed pallet/box/part count, cycles completed, cycle times, cycle history, scrap count/percentage, cavities available/running and so much more. As a Box is sealed, an operator will get your custom label and scan our QR code. The computer will automatically adjust the metrics and at the end of the run you will be notified that an order is ready to ship. Making on Just In Time manufacturing that much easier.
